A practical at-home ear seed kit designed to make auricular acupressure easy to use between treatments or as part of your daily wellness routine.
Ear seeds are small seeds secured to specific points on the outer ear with adhesive tape. Gentle pressure can then be applied to the selected points throughout the day. Auricular acupressure has a long history of use alongside acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
Each kit includes a clear point map covering six commonly used auricular points:
Shen Men - commonly selected for stress, relaxation and general calming
Subcortex - commonly used in routines relating to sleep and mental restlessness
Sympathetic - traditionally selected for tension and discomfort
Stomach - commonly used for digestive support and nausea
Lung - traditionally associated with the respiratory system and sinus support
Kidney - commonly selected in routines relating to the lower back and general vitality

Alcohol preparation wipes
Instruction card
Auricular ear map showing all 6 points
Easy to use at home
Clean the area with the supplied alcohol wipe, use the tweezers to place the seed over your chosen point, then gently press the seed periodically throughout the day.
The included guide helps you identify each point and choose the areas most relevant to your intended use.
A small kit with plenty of applications
With 60 seeds included, there is enough for multiple applications, allowing you to trial different point combinations or continue using your preferred points over time.
