COVID-19 Information

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented a number of infection prevention controls.

Please do not book an appointment, or cancel your existing booking if:

  • You or any of your household members, or other close contacts are awaiting results of a COVID test or have tested positive, either by PCR test or rapid antigen test within the past 7-days.
  • You are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to muscular aches and pains, headaches, fever, cough, runny nose.
  • You have returned from overseas travel within the last 7-days.
  • You have been requested to isolate.
