In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented a number of infection prevention controls.
Please do not book an appointment, or cancel your existing booking if:
- You or any of your household members, or other close contacts have tested positive to COVID-19, either by PCR test or rapid antigen test within the past 7-days.
- You are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to muscular aches and pains, headaches, fever, cough, runny nose.
